The Loco application (hereunder: “The App”) operated by Daka 90 Ltd. (“The Company”) used as an E-commerce application for purchasing products and/or services in the travel & leisure sectors by internet users.
As The Company respects the privacy of the users of The App, which it manages and operates, The Company has decided to publish its policy with regards to protecting privacy in The App, and it hereby commits to abide by this policy. The policy’s goal is to explain The Company’s procedures pertaining to the privacy of The App’s users, and how The Company uses the data, provided to it by The App users or collected by it while using The App.
General
While using The App’s services, data about you is being collected. Some of the data identifies you personally, for example, using your name, address, products and services you have purchased, the payment methods you used, etc. This is the information you provide knowingly when you sign up for receiving The App’s services, for example. Some of the data does not identify you personally, and is not saved along with your personal details. This is accumulated statistical information. For example, the pages you’ve viewed, the offers and services you were interested in, the internet address (IP address) you’ve used, and such.
Registration
Insofar as personal details are necessary for registering for The App’s services or as part of the purchase process, The Company will ask you for the information needed for providing said services or products.
Data Storage
The data collected will be stored in The Company’s data storage. The law doesn’t require you to provide this data, but not providing it may prevent you from using some of The App’s services.
Data Usage
The Company will only make use of the data collected in accordance with this privacy policy or respective laws, in order to (among others) -
- To allow the use of The App’s various services.
- To improve and enrich The App’s services and content
- To create personalized areas in The App.
- To operate, change or cancel existing services and content.
- To purchase products and services through The App.
- To advertise data and content.
- To customize the ads displayed in The App to your areas of interest.
The data used by The Company will be mostly statistical, non-personally-identifiable data.
Email Marketing
The Company wishes to occasionally send you emails with information regarding its services, as well as marketing and advertising information. The company will not provide your personal information to advertisers. However, it will be entitled to provide 3rd parties statistical data about The App’s users usage activity. Statistical data provided will not identify you personally.
Delivering Data To 3rd Parties
The Company will not reveal or transfer to 3rd parties your personal details and the data collected about your activity in The App, except in the following cases:
- Should you purchase products and services from third parties that offer them through The App, the data required for said parties to complete the purchase will be provided.
- Should you take part in content activities operated by third parties, or join activities in The App between The Company and 3rd parties.
- In case of legal dispute, legal suit, claim, demand or legal proceedings, should there exist, between you and The Company, which will require providing your details.
- Should you make illegal use of The App, or attempt to perform illegal activity using The App (or activity appearing to be illegal) or activity standing in violation of The App’s terms & conditions.
- Should The Company receive a court order require the delivery of your contact details or other data about you to a 3rd party.
- In any case whereby The Company believes that providing the data is needed in order to prevent serious damage to the person or assets of any 3rd party.
- The company will be entitled to provide your details and information collected through your usage of The App to other companies that are part of the Yedioth Ahronoth Group, only as long as they use this data in accordance with this privacy policy.
- Should The Company incorporate The App’s operations under a different corporation, or if it merges The App’s operations with a 3rd party, or in case The Company itself merges with another corporation, it will be entitled to transfer to the new corporation a copy of the data collected about you in The App or any other statistical data, as long as this corporation abides by the details of this privacy policy.
- Should The Company sell or transfer in any way The App’s operations to another corporation, or if it merges The App’s operations with a 3rd party, or in case The Company itself merges with another corporation, as long as this corporation abides by the details of this privacy policy.
Cookies
The app uses “Cookies” for its normal standard operation, and in order to collect statistical data about The App’s usage, for personal details’ verification, to customize The App according to your preferences and for security purposes.
The purpose of Cookies is to assist in collecting data about the viewing and usage of internet websites where ads are displayed and about the ads you were exposed to and on which you clicked. The data gathered is used to customize the ads presented to you in alignment with topics you might find interesting. Data Protection
The company applies to its software current systems and procedures for data protection. While these systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized access, they are not failproof. Therefore, The Company does not commit that its services will be 100% secured from unauthorized access to the data in its data storage.
Right To View Data
According to The Privacy Protection Law, 1981, any person is entitled to view the data kept about him in a data storage. An individual who viewed the data and found it to be incorrect, partial, unclear or dated, may request that the owner of the data storage corrects or deletes the data.

Furthermore, if the data in The Company’s data store is used to address you personally, you are entitled by The Privacy Protection Law to having the data relating to you be deleted from said data store.
Changes To Privacy Policy
In any case whereby material changes are made to this policy relating to the usage of the personal data you provided, it will be published through the relevant channels.
